Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items, including all original pots and accessories, ensuring live plants are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
